The Slice and Dice

Here’s how we cut it:

1.  THE CHEMISTRY CHECK

Why?

It’s simple really, we need to know we can work together with your talent candidates and we value what’s not said as much as what is.

How?

We typically meet each candidate once 1:1 for approx. 15-30 minutes.

And You?

We want to understand as much as we can about your culture, your strategy and your vision for your talent. We interview the key personnel for the identified talent to hear their insights and understand your ambitions for the candidate.

2.  COACHING AGREEMENT

Why?

Because the devil’s in the detail and it’s here where the change starts.

We detail “What”, “How” and “When” your talent’s change is going to happen. Along with how the talent and your key personnel propose to work together and check in with each other to keep that synergy throughout the process.

And, we identify how the change will be integrated into the talent candidate’s role and your organisation.

3.  PROCESS

We meet with your talent candidate (1:1 and Face to Face) for 5 confidential sessions of 90 minutes.

Typically, the multi-party sessions are held with the talent candidate and key personnel, when feedback is delivered at Session 2 and at Session 5 as part of the evaluation process.

Commitment and momentum are fundamental to facilitating lasting change so we recommend meeting regularly, typically every 3-5 weeks (as schedules dictate).

4.  WHAT WE DO

We’ll get under their skin.

We build trust and rapport and we work together to understand who they are and the unique pressures and challenges of their role. We feed in hard data via 360-degree assessments, and utilize any relevant psychological testing, applications and methods to examine strengths and weaknesses, values and behaviours.

We will take them out of their comfort zone.

Using our questioning, direct, supportive approach we work with them to identify the key targets and actions required to facilitate their change and to identify how they sustain their change.

5.  SUPPORT

We’re serious about what we do and, to that end, your talent candidates can contact us for support throughout the process because we understand that stress or worries don’t operate to a schedule.
